The bedroom has a queen-size bed, a closet, and a large window. 3-piece luxury washroom with an oversized shower, towels, and complimentary soap and shampoo. On-site washer & dryer for a minimum booking of 3 nights. There are two small windows and two larger windows throughout the suite, providing natural lighting. All 4 windows are tint-frosted for your privacy. Security cameras mounted on the exterior of the property are provided for your safety. The property has a lit-up entrance and walkway. The entrance to the lower-level suite is located through the fenced gate at the side of the house. Once you are past the gate the area will be lit up for safe and easy access. There are approximately 8 steps to the lower level accompanied by a handrail for safety. The door has an electronic keypad for self-check-in. The guest space is about 850 square feet.
