In the main building, you'll find a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, where you can prepare and enjoy delicious meals together. Plus, you can relax watching your favorite shows on the TV while staying cool with the air conditioning and fans. Two air-conditioned bedrooms await you to comfortably accommodate 6 people each, ensuring a restful sleep after a day full of fun. Going up the steps, you will be greeted by the sea breeze and the hammocks on the terrace, the perfect place to relax while enjoying the warm coastal climate. The poolside ranch is the heart of the fun, with tables and chairs for your entire group, a large refrigerator to keep your drinks cold, a speaker to liven up the party, and a television to entertain you. In addition, you can enjoy the sun and cool off in the large 12x5 meter pool, with an area for children and adults, with comfortable hammocks and two outdoor bathrooms with showers for greater comfort. And we can't forget the barbecue grills, located next to the ranch, where you can prepare delicious outdoor barbecues while enjoying the company of your loved ones. The large parking lot inside the property offers space for up to 8 vehicles, with capacity for 4 in the concrete area and another 4 in the dirt parking area, ensuring comfort for all your guests. Important for your stay at Casa Esperanza: CHECK-IN AFTER 3:00 PM CHECK-OUT BEFORE 11:00 AM No pets allowed. 1. Modifications and Cancellations: We want to offer you maximum flexibility to plan your trip. Therefore, any changes to the booking or cancellation dates can be made up to 5 days before the check-in date. 2. Access to the Accommodation: We inform you that on the road leading to the accommodation you will find a stretch of dirt road. During the winter season, this section can be somewhat difficult. However, we want to assure you that it is completely passable and does not represent any inconvenience for any type of vehicle. 3. Rainy Season Considerations: It is important to note that during the rainy season, the beach may not be in optimal conditions for use. We suggest checking the weather conditions before planning beach activities. 4. Preparations for your stay: If you plan to use the barbecue, remember to bring your own charcoal to ensure an unforgettable culinary experience during your stay. Other things to note IMPORTANT Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. No departures after that time are allowed. La Barrita is a village still in full development and growth, this causes that sometimes in high season (Christmas, New Year, Easter, etc.) or during storms, the electricity service is interrupted. When the electricity fails, La Barrita also runs out of water.
