On the ground floor, large living room with dining area, billiards, sitting area with 6-seater corner sofa, 2 armchairs, TV. Equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace and garden at the back of the house. Bedroom 1 with 160 x 200 bed. Bedroom 2 with 160 x 200 bed. Bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower, double sink cabinet and towel dryer radiator, separate toilet with hand washbasin. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and household utensils. Upstairs in the attic: Bedroom 3 with 160 x 200 bed and baby bed. Bedroom 4 with 2 beds 90 x 200, private bathroom with Italian shower, vanity unit and toilet. Chalet in the garden with 5-seater spa and shower. Petanque court, dart board. 60 m2 terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. Parking for 4 cars on the property. Baby equipment upon request. The beds are made. Small and large towels and washcloths are provided. Possibility for athletes to access the private gym located 500 meters away with treadmill, elliptical bike and rower. Other things to note We prefer longer stays during school holidays (minimum 4 nights)
