Outside there is a patio area, a large pool, and a game room. Refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, washer and dryer (no dishwasher). Other things to note To be in compliance with the Glendale Ordinance, 31-day minimum rental is required. No pets. For pool safety, no small children (under 6). No smoking or vaping. No events.
