For additional capacity (over 5 people), a unique cottage is available for rent on the same property. Spaces adapted to gather in large numbers, so that young and old alike can have their play and relaxation areas. 🚩It is also the perfect place to carry out events, artistic residences, yoga retreats, sports and associative stays. The space 🏡 "Le refuge du Milan" is a gîte with: - Large reception room, tables (+/- 30 people) available, air-conditioned. - Annex with outdoor kitchen on the ground floor and covered terrace with mountain view upstairs for breakfast. - Covered outdoor lounge area overlooking a large wooden terrace - Fully equipped kitchen for cooking enthusiasts and those who just like to make a good raclette. - Games room for little ones with games and books available - Living room where you can gather around a cozy fire, with all the firewood freely available. TV and video projector. - 5 master bedrooms with double beds measuring 140 cm - Dormitory with 6 single beds - 2 bathrooms and 2 half baths - Large games room with two pool tables, foosball table, dart board, and lounge area. - Petanque court - Large private parking lot at the residence. Bed linen and towels: Included in your booking fee. Cleaning: It is not included. You must leave the cottage clean. We always do additional cleaning after your departure. Weekend booking: Friday + Saturday required.
