Welcome to Family Studio no. 17. You will stay in your own 69 sqm guestapartment. Not very pretty from the outside, but beautiful on the inside. You enter directly into a hallway with a coat rack and ample space for the whole family. Straight ahead is the bathroom with a toilet, sink, bathroom cabinet, large rain shower, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The hallway leads into the spacious living room with a cozy sofa, an armchair, and a desk with wireless phone charging. There’s also a UHD smart TV with Netflix and Prime, along with 14 basic channels like SVT, TV3, TV4, Kanal5, and more. The sofa bed in the living room easily converts into a double bed (140 cm). Next to the sofa, you'll find USB outlets for charging your phone and regular outlets for your laptop. The large kitchen is accessed from the hallway and offers views of both Villa Sandhem and the lovely garden. You’ll find a delightful kitchen island and plenty of seating on the comfortable sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. When you arrive, your beds will be freshly made. If you've booked for three guests, the sofa bed will be made up with linens for an easy conversion into a double bed (140 cm). For more than three guests, two can sleep on the sofa bed, and one in the sleeper chair. Mini-Shop In our mini-shop, you can purchase ready-made meals such as pizza, fish gratin, and Gorbys. The fridge is stocked with drinks like Coke, Sprite, Festis, and Ginger beer. The kitchen pantry also contains snacks and toiletries. Payment is easy via Swish or card. Guest access The whole guestapartment is yours wit 69 square meters. Other things to note We offer the guesthouse's delicious breakfast for an additional cost, prepared and placed in the refrigerator the evening before. On the kitchen counter, you'll find our homemade breakfast pastries and fresh fruit. Welcome!
