The space Ground floor comprising: • Living room: 6-seater table, storage furniture • Living room: 5-seater sofa, connected TV/Wi-Fi • Equipped kitchen (oven/microwave, dishwasher/hob/hood, fridge with freezer, Dolce Gusto, kitchen utensils, fondue and raclette machine • Large adjoining ground floor terrace with 7 Ares of fenced land. • One bedroom with 1 bridge bed of 140 x 200 with storage. • Bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink with large basin, washing machine and hairdryer. In a secure mezzanine: • 1 queen size bed 160 x 200, 1 bed 90 x 200 (under slope) with storage and 1 swing. Guest access Check-in from 5:00 p.m. Check-out before 10:00 a.m. Lockbox. Other things to note First shops and restaurants 8 min by car. Regarding electric cars, it is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to charge them using the house's electrical outlets, as this may cause overheating! The amperage is not intended for this purpose. Charging stations are available in the nearby villages.
