Located on the 4th floor of a calm and secure residence (no elevator – cardio included 🏋), this bright, open apartment is designed to accommodate up to 3 guests. The apartment includes: An open-plan kitchen fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle. A living room with a dining area and a cozy lounge space equipped with a Smart TV. A bedroom with a dresser and a Queen Size bed (160x200cm). A bathroom with an Italian-style shower and hairdryer. Separate WC. Wellness enthusiasts will appreciate the yoga mat, strap, and two blocks available for your sessions. ✅ Included: Bed and bath linens, free WiFi, Smart TV,Washing machine . There is also a parking spot in the private lot shared by the residence (spaces are not guaranteed as they are not assigned). ⚠ Note: Breakfast is not included, but the kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary creations! ⚠ Be respectful: Noise must be limited between 10 PM and 7 AM. Parties are strictly prohibited. Non-compliance may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and withholding of the deposit. Guest access As our guest, you’ll have access to all parts of the apartment. 🏠 🚘 Parking: Shared parking space in the private lot of the residence (spaces are not assigned and availability cannot be guaranteed). Street parking options: Paid parking from 9 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays). Free for electric vehicles in the city. Free parking at the beach. 📍 Nearest underground parking: Les Halles (Volcan) – €6.90/12h or €23/week. Other things to note Your welcome is fully personalized, and we remain available for any special requests throughout your stay. 📅 Check-in and check-out times : - Check-in: between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM - Check-out: between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM ⏳ Need flexibility? - Late check-in available upon request until 10:00 PM (€20 extra charge). - Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability / €20 extra charge). ⚠️ in case of unforeseen circumstances : - Arrival after 10:00 PM is not possible unless a prior arrangement has been made with your host before check-in. 🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property : - Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. - No parties or events are allowed. - Strictly non-smoking property. - Pets are not allowed. - In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the security deposit. 👮 Practical information : - A valid ID will be required upon arrival. - Breakfast is not included. - Undeclared guests will be charged €100 per night per person, deducted from the security deposit.
