The second upstairs bedroom is a king size bed. The third upstairs bedroom is a queen bed. The fourth upstairs bedroom is a twin on twin bunk bed. The fifth downstairs bedroom is a twin on twin bunk bed with an extra twin trundle bed. The sixth downstairs bedroom is a queen size pull out sofa. The second upstairs bathroom offers a convenient tub/shower combo. The third bathroom is downstairs and includes a shower. The fourth bathroom is a half bath with plenty of space to get ready. Additionally, the backyard contains a grill, outside tables and a pergola with a large yard to hangout in. We offer use of our garage which has a fooseball table, plus seating. The other side of the garage contains two bike racks to safely store your bikes. There’s plenty of parking spaces, but no garage parking. Other things to note Hot tub rules: No lifeguard on duty, enter at your own risk Do not consume any alcohol or drugs of any kind, before/ during use No glass in or around the hot tub Limit soak time to 15 minutes Do not add anything to the hot tub water (bubbles, soaps, etc.) Everyone must shower before entering the hot tub Hot tub temperature not to exceed 104 degrees Do not sit anything on top of the hot tub cover at any time Never use hot tub alone No children unter the age of 18 permitted in the hot tub Make sure hot tub cover is on when not in use & all clips are secure Do not sit on the edge of the tub No horseplay or misuse of the hot tub Booked guest is responsible for any damage to hot tub, hot tub cover and/or additional cleaning fees/drainage fees for misuse of hot tub.
