Enjoy the ocean breeze from the front terrace or from the stunning backyard! You get the main house and the garden 1 bed/1 bath apartment. The home has an updated kitchen with full-sized appliances and a reverse osmosis water filter! The primary bedroom has a Tuft & Needle king-size bed and a dedicated bathroom. The second room has a Tuft & Needle Queen size bed. Both bedrooms face the ocean. The second bathroom is a small bathroom with a corner shower. There is a new a/c in the living area and a 43" smart TV. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, dishes, and cooking ware. It has a full-size refrigerator, 4 burner stove top, toaster oven, microwave, ninja blender, coffee maker, and tea kettle. There is also a 4 person dining room set for sit-in dining indoors and another one for outdoor terrace dining. The house is clean and bright, and the decor is minimal. The garden apartment has a kitchenette with a hot plate, microwave, toaster oven and fridge. The bedroom has a Tuft & Needle King-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower (there is a step to enter the bathroom and the walls do not reach the ceiling to provide a/c ventilation for the whole space). The property is right on the beach! Make the most of it with the beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, and beach towels provided! The house is located in a residential family neighborhood that fronts the ocean. Kai's Beach Paradise offers a local living experience and is very convenient for those looking to explore the island. The beach is flanked by a reef. The tide pools are perfect for kids and seashell lovers alike - little ones might want to wear reef shoes! The reef formations break the surf, creating a perfect place for kids to play and swim safely. Enjoy snorkeling in the tide pools and watching different varieties of fish, crabs, and urchins. There are lots of fun shells and sea glass too! Head east on your early morning beach stroll to watch amazing sunrises. Enjoy the most stunning sunsets by heading west along the shore.
