Ash Tree Lodge - Two bedroom lodge with private hot tub near York Street Farm Rural Retreats The space Street Farm Rural Retreats Ash Tree Lodge is a stylish, well-appointed lodge situated on our working farm in a rural setting, near the village of Stamford Bridge. The lodge is all on one level but with three steps to access the main entrance. Enter through the main entrance to the side of the lodge into a utility room with wash/dryer and storage cupboards. This lodge has a large, fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric oven and gas hob. The front of the lodge hosts a large dining area and living room with large smart tv and full length sliding patio doors leading to the decking with outdoor table and chairs to the front of the property. The rear half of the lodge has a family bathroom with bath, w/c and basin. The master bedroom has a double bed with en suite shower room. The second bedroom has two single beds, large storage wardrobe and a travel cot should you need it. The hot tub is located to the side of the lodge and is not overlooked. There is also an additional outdoor table and chairs. EV charging is available on site, please note that it is not directly outside the cottage. Charging is via Tap Electric Guest access Please be aware there are ponds on site, children must be supervised at all times. We ask that you do not go into the barns or the fields and respect the privacy of people in other properties on site. Please take care whilst walking through the yard as we are a working farm and there may be machinery around. Please note, we are located adjacent to an A road and some road noise may be heard. We have security cameras around the farm and on the farm entrances but these do not over look any of our properties and are purely for farm security.
