With 15 beds, a large dining table and multiple seating areas, the villa is designed to comfortably accommodate family gatherings or stays with friends. Here, the charm of the old is combined with the comfort of the modern in a warm and refined atmosphere. The space You will enjoy a spacious living room bright with a wood fireplace, perfect for your cocooning evenings and a Bluetooth speaker for a little music. The spaces are designed for that everyone can find something to enjoy. To challenge your friends: • A billiard room for wild games. • A hall with ping pong table. • A petanque court to enjoy the great outdoors. With a dedicated playroom, outdoor play area, and baby amenities (bed, highchair, baby bath), families can travel light and be assured that children will be entertained. For a restful night: • 3 bedrooms equipped with queen size beds (160 x 200 cm). • 1 family bedroom with bunk beds for 3 people, and 1 queen size bed. • In the game room: a sofa bed and an extra mattress (on the floor). • 1 Bedroom on the ground floor from mid-March. Enjoy memorable meals with the XXL barbecue and pizza oven, and relax on the terrace while admiring the stunning views of Normandy Switzerland. The garden is a paradise for children, and our kiosk offers a 360° panoramic view of the Clécy plains, ideal for breakfast in the sun. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the entire house. Private parking on the property can accommodate several cars. Other things to note Located in Saint-Rémy-sur-Orne, the house is the perfect base from which to explore Normandy Switzerland. The area is a paradise for nature lovers, offering many activities: • Hiking tours • Kayaking on the Orne • Climbing on the rocks of Clécy • Discover local markets. To ensure a pleasant stay for all, we ask that you respect the following points: • Smoking only allowed outside! • Pets allowed with authorization • For your safety, there are security cameras located on the exterior of the property. • Every detail has been thought of for you: a delicate fragrance, carefully chosen linens, and a welcome basket waiting for you • A home chef service can be arranged on quote. • If necessary, we can provide towels: €3 per person • On Sundays, check-out time is flexible depending on availability, so you can enjoy your weekend to the fullest
