Our 1,500 ft.² was renovated in 2024 with new hardwood floors and ceramic tile, central heat and air, kitchen cabinets and appliances, and electrical and plumbing. Multiple windows in every room let in tons of natural light. Private back yard. Due to owner allergies, we do not allow pets or companion animals at our home. Only a block away from 8 restaurants and many local shops. We allow a maximum of 6 overnight guests and 4 visitors on the property at one time. The space There are three bedrooms…two with a king bed and the third with a daybed/trundle. The third room has the working desk. There are two full bathrooms with double vanities. One is attached to the master bedroom. The other full bath is in the hallway. The living room TV has Samsung TV Plus channels. You have access to many streaming apps so you can login with your personal accounts. There is a washing machine and dryer inside the house. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. You do not share the property with anyone else. We provide the smart-lock code the morning of your check in. The driveway easily accommodates two vehicles.
