Welcome to rent our spacious guest apartment for one or more nights! There are two separate bedrooms as well as a living room with sofa bed, perfect accommodation for a larger group or for those who have pets. Private driveway with parking facilities for several cars. Completely separate entrance, and you have the whole lawn in the back to yourself. Large fully-equipped kitchen for 6 people. Good location, a few minutes by car from the E22, and 4.5 km to central Kristianstad, 12 km to the sandy beach in cozy Åhus. The space The apartment consists of a hall, a living room, a kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms, a small toilet and a separate shower. The toilet is in its original condition (from the 50s, approx.) and is both cramped and outdated, but fulfills its function. In the toilet there is a sink, toilet and a small practical washing machine! The shower is a separate room, which is very convenient if there are many people living here! It is significantly newer, renovated around 2015. Other rooms, including the kitchen, have been completely renovated in the last 5 years. There are a total of 6 beds. In the master bedroom there is a 160 cm wide double bed as well as a dresser and wardrobe. In the small bedroom there is a loft bed (90x200) as well as a single bed (90x200). There is also a desk. In the living room, there is a fresh sofa bed, which you can make into a bed that is 140 x 200. There's also a mattress pad, so it's unexpectedly comfortable! (There is a roller blind in the living room so you can darken it here as well.) The kitchen is fully equipped with most of the things you might need to cook and eat. There is a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove and dishwasher. Guest access The guest apartment is located at the back of the house with completely separate parking and entrance, so the entire lawn outside is at your disposal. There are also tables and chairs. In summer, there is also access to a barbecue. Other things to note Bed linens are always included unless otherwise agreed. All beds are made with clean linens when you arrive. Bed linen/duvets/pillows for the sofa bed are always in the sofa along with the mattress. There are also towels, and of course toilet paper, soap, detergent, etc. There is a changing table and high chair to borrow if needed, but no crib at this time. Please let us know in advance if you have a travel bed for baby, then we can prepare and move the dresser away in the bedroom so there will be a perfect place for a travel bed. The nearest store is Willys, about 4 km away. If you have a Swedish bank ID, there is also an unmanned small shop at the gas station just a few hundred meters away. There are buses every 15 minutes during the day to Kristianstad C (every 30 minutes in the evening). The bus stop is called "Norra Åsum Lottavägen", and is about 300 meters away. Bus trips are purchased and paid for with Skånetrafiken's app. It takes 5-10 minutes by car to central Kristianstad, and 10-15 minutes to Åhus.
