Welcome to our brand new home, close to the heart of Ruddington village. Staying here you'll have exclusive use of a stylish bathroom and access to our open-plan kitchen-living area, with tea/coffee provided. Parking is free, and shops, pubs, takeaways, restaurants etc are just a few minutes' walk away. Note that we sometimes have a dog staying. The space Ruddington is a lively village with a population of around 6,000 people - and 8 pubs, all within 10 - 15 minutes' walk from the house. The beautiful Rushcliffe Park is just 5 minutes away and is a lovely spot for walks, runs or quiet time by the lake. Park for free on the drive, or we're a 10-minute walk to frequent buses to/from Nottingham city centre. Guest access In addition to your private bedroom you will have exclusive use of the main bathroom (with bath and shower over). You need to walk across the landing to access the bathroom, but no-one else will use it. You are also welcome to use the large open-plan kitchen/dining/living room which runs across the back of the house. (There is no TV in the living room but there is one in the bedroom.) Tea and coffee are provided and you are welcome to use the fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, and crockery/cutlery. The washing machine is available at an additional cost of £3 per load. There is no tumble dryer but laundry can be dried on a heated drying rack. During your stay This is our home and we both work from home most of the time, so are likely to be around during your stay. We are always very happy to answer questions and offer advice about the local area or help with any other information you might need. We are usually open to guests joining us in any activities we may be doing while you're here - but we also fully respect your privacy if you'd rather be left alone. Just let us know your preferences. Other things to note Clean, well-behaved dogs are welcome if we don't already have a dog staying with us. You will need to provide their bed/bowl etc. Please also note our house rules that relate specifically to pets.
