"The Upper room" - peaceful place near town

Newly renovated apartment of 65 sqm with space for up to 6 people. There is a comfortable 160 bed and sofa bed, as well as the addition of 2 additional 80 beds based on requests. Lush outdoor environment and rural Scandinavian decor with wooden panel from floor to ceiling. Peaceful color scheme with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Walking distance to forest, 10-15 min car to town, 7 min to lake, golf course and gym. In the garden, during the summer, there is a patio, trampolines, a soccer field, and berry and fruit trees. The space The spacious entrance to your accommodation is on the lower floor and offers storage, a washing machine and a dryer, which are hidden behind the sliding doors. You can do laundry for a small fee. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a desk area for work. Two additional 80-cm spring beds are placed in the bedroom or in the living room, as requested. The living room and kitchen are open up to the ridge, and this is the common social area where the sofa bed also offers two sleeping places if desired. Here, you can connect to Chromecast and your own streaming services on the 50-inch TV when you have settled in for the day or while you are cooking. Like everything else, the bathroom is newly renovated and freshly tiled with underfloor heating. Families with children have access to a high chair and a gate in front of the stairs, as well as the possibility to play in the garden, use our soccer field, and jump on our trampolines. There is plenty of space, and you also have access to your own smaller patio with a coffee table and a sunbed when the weather allows. The house is not completely isolated; my house is next door, and there are a few neighboring houses around, as the accommodation is located along a small gravel road. But it is usually very quiet in the area. Guest access The entire apartment is available for only you as a guest and you are welcome to use our garden with your own small area for coffee or sunbathing. Expect that my family and I may be nearby and also use the garden. Other things to note - When you book, you will be asked if you would like bed linen and towels, and if so, there is an additional cost of SEK 250 per group or SEK 350 if there are 4 or more people. If you arrive late and would like me to arrange for a simpler breakfast to be available, that can be done for an extra charge. Let me know well in advance! - Note: Smoking is absolutely not allowed in this apartment, and if you are a smoker, I want you to be careful to air out clothes that smell of smoke before bringing them inside.
