The house is completely private but the yard is shared and gardens rented out. No unauthorized guests. The local playground next door for the kids to burn that energy before bed. Chicken coop in Yard, please look only. No egg collection permitted. Check out the local markets and shops. The Great Rocky Mountains are a 20 minute drive. Hiking trails, Mountian Biking, snowmobile, snowshoe, and ski all accessible withing a short drive. The space Private house, shared yard. Private Entrance. Master bedroom with private bathroom and soaker tub. Firm King Matress. Full Kitchen with basic utensils, pots, and sheet pan. Living room with Smart TV and Decorative Candle Fire Place. Leather reclining couch with charing ports. Second Bedroom, Soft Queen Matress with electric fire place. Second Bathroom by Main Entry and coat closet. Large patio. Fenced back yard for small dogs. Chicken Coop that free range in the day time. Back patio and sitting area. Village Playground right next door. Butcher Shop, dog groomers, markets on Saturday with local sellers and great produce. No unauthorized guests in rental, all must be listed on your reservation. Central air thermostat is in the hallway of the kitchen. Press up or down with arrow buttons to chnage temperature, then press hold for the furnace to stay at that temperature you have chosen. Press RUN to remove setting and revert to owner settings. AC is run through portable windows units. please ensure heat is not on while AC is on. Guest access Guests have access to the house privately. Yard is shared yard space so pets may not be left unattended in yard. Gardens are for viewing only. No guest access inside Chicken Coop and do not collect the eggs. Shed, utility room, and storage room are locked and no access to guests. Security Camera in Yard and at front door. Other things to note Pets are welcome but do not allow pets to bother the Chickens. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets in yard. Dog bags provided. Please ensure thoses bags make it into the wooden garbage bin by driveway not left in the yard. No people are allowed in the rental if they are not on your reservation.
