The Rancho Malcaminos inn is the ideal place to have direct contact with the Tabernas Desert. Whether you come to visit Tabernas or you come for work, filming or other reasons that require a quiet and inspiring space. The entire inn can be booked for families or small groups, or by room. You can book your activities in advance. The space Malcamino's property is a ranch located approx. 2 km from the village of Tabernas (20 min. walk/4 min. by car). The ranch is located in the Tabernas Desert, considered the only desert in Europe due to its characteristics. Malcaminos is an active tourism and audiovisual service company, which has been offering its services since 2003. The ranch offers 5 rooms designed for anyone who wants to enjoy a space of tranquility and contact with nature. Especially if your goal is to combine your stay with any of our activities, either guided 4x4 and/or horseback riding or if you come to work on your own project. We offer weekend riding class packs with accommodation included. If you come with your own horse, we offer accommodation for both. Private guide service for locations. Guest access Kitchen: The accommodation has a kitchen with two stoves, a refrigerator with separations to be used by several guests, a wall cabinet type "cupboard" to store your daily purchases, microwave, dishwasher, basic cleaning items. During your stay Upon arrival, the host will be there to give you the keys and explain all the details you need. The owners live on the ranch, so you can report any incident at any time by phone or messaging. Other things to note You will find horses and dogs on the ranch. The owners live here, so whenever you need us, we'll be nearby. The guides-instructors, our guests, the riding students and the clients who come to do horseback riding enter and leave the ranch when they come to visit us. The inn area is very quiet and there is no movement of people except for the guests in the rooms and the maintenance service. You should know that the dogs are loose on the property most of the time. They are docile animals. The ranch is fenced and has a mountainous area where a dog can get lost. If you come with your pet, keep that detail in mind and also that it will have to live with the other animals in the environment. Pets cannot be left alone in the room. The ranch is about 2 km from the village of Tabernas. Ideally, you should have a vehicle that gives you freedom of movement. The day before your arrival, we will send you the instructions to get to the ranch. Access is easy and good for simple utility vehicles and vans. In the case of a motorhome, notify us to check measurements and see where to access. For riders traveling with their horse, we offer an outdoor box or paddock with straw and water: €20/night. The feed must be brought by each owner. Parking area for van and private vehicle at no cost. For filming, we offer parking space and a shaded tent area for catering or logistical support. Our strong point is the peace and quiet here and the views over the Desert. The rooms are not large but comfortable enough to stay a couple of days or more, if you are looking for tranquility to work or to enjoy a healthy environment and relaxed environment that encourages meditation. The furniture is new and the mattresses are of the Viscoelastic type of medium-high firmness (Dormideo brand).
