This home is just 10 minutes from Lake Livingston so you can easily enjoy a day on the water.. The space The property has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room, laundry area, living room, and screened in back porch. The master bedroom has it's own private bathroom with walk in closet. There is another full bathroom on the 1st floor that accommodates the other room. **There is a storage area above the restroom that is meant for our storage supplies only. Please do not enter the storage area.** This house if fully furnished along with a washer and dryer for convenience! The fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary amenities needed to prepare your favorite meals. Enjoy a relaxing day in the shade on the 24x16 covered back porch. The back patio offers outdoor seating and a grill. The cozy living room offers a perfect spot to unwind and catch a game on the big screen TV! Guest access Easy 24/7 access provided by keyless door feature. Prior to check in you will receive a private code to access the property. Enter your code on the smart lock on the front door to get inside! Please note, after multiple failed attempts to unlock the door the smart lock will enter safe mode and lock out. If that happens please contact host. Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of your stay. Other things to note We provide parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. **There is an automatic swing gate on the property. Please do not park in the swing area of the gate to avoid damages to your car. We are not responsible for damages. It will open and close periodically to check the sensors.** Additional street parking is available across the street if needed. No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property, a $500 fee per occurance will apply for smoking on the property in addition to any additional cleaning that is required. Although this home is next to the railroad tracks it is quiet and the train does not pass by frequently. You won't even know the tracks are there! ***The rented area only extends to the pecan tree in the backyard. Please do not go past it. The side stops at the edge of the driveway. Do not go into the neighboring property.*** This home is 15 minutes from Cleveland, TX if you need to go into town. It is also 10 minutes away from Lake Livingston and the Trinity River if you are up for some outdoor adventure. *****The property is currently on the market.
