Just minutes from Downtown Columbus, blocks from Nationwide Children's Hospital. The space Our updated home is a clean and comfortable three bedroom home. We have a new kitchen and bathroom as well as many other updates. On the main level is a living room great for relaxing, and a dining room fit for a group meal. A stocked kitchen ready for your cooking expertise. Just off of our kitchen you will find laundry facilities. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The main bedroom has lots of space and lots of light! The third bedroom has surrounding windows with so much natural light! This room features a twin size bed. Other things to note Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner). PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home.
