Village house with terrace and sauna

The accommodation is located right in the heart of the pretty village of Pont-de-l'Arche in a quiet and green environment. The house can appeal to visiting professionals wishing to rest in a pleasant setting, with easy access to the A13. The house will also be suitable for families with children or meetings with friends for a relaxing stay by the Eure. For amateurs, an infrared sauna is available for your use. You can also charge your electric car. The space The entrance overlooks the living room equipped with a large round table and a 3-seater sofa. An 80 cm TV is installed with fiber optics. The presence of the fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. We then arrive in the fully equipped and spacious kitchen that will allow you to cook easily. A washing machine is also available. On the left, you will find a bathroom with an 80*80 shower, as well as a 2-person infrared sauna for dry heat lovers. The kitchen also provides access to the first floor. On the left, a beautiful and charming 12m² bedroom with a tiled floor, it is equipped with a double bed of 140*190 and a wardrobe. On the right, a relaxing area will allow you to read or work. A small desk is at your disposal. From this space, we access the second floor in a beautiful and large room of 16 m², characterized by a half-timbering. It is equipped with a double bed of 160*200 and a bed of 90*200, as well as an 80 cm TV connected by Wi-Fi. A wardrobe is also present. Outside in front of the house, a terrace will allow you to have your breakfast or meals. You can also park your car there, otherwise you will easily find space in the free parking lots in front of the house. Bed and bath linens are provided for 5 people. For the sauna, I invite you to provide extra towels to sit on. If you come with your bikes, they can be stored in the garage right next door. Please let me know before you arrive. Thank you for your time and have a good stay. Guest access You have free access to the whole place, as well as the private terrace in front of the house. Only the garage is not accessible, except in special cases (bicycle for example). Other things to note PARKING It's very easy to park on the street. If necessary, a larger parking lot is available opposite Crédit Agricole. ANIMALS I occasionally accept dogs in the accommodation.
