Private kitchen, living room and bathroom (combined bath/shower). 2 bedrooms; super king (zipper to 2 singles), and single with extra pull out. Sleeps 4 total. Gas central heating, fast Wi-fi, FreeviewTV, XBox 360 with games. Travel cot, baby bath and highchair upon request. Short walk/drive from shops, takeaways, Stepping Hill hospital and train station into Manchester Piccadilly. The space A high ceilinged Victorian conversion with original tiling and large bay windows. There is 1 super king zipper bed (unzips to 2 single beds) in one room, and 1 single bed with another pull out single bed in the other bedroom. There is also a travel cot available, please let us know if you require it when you book. The kitchen is fully fitted with standard pots, frying pans, utensils (mixing spoons, spatulas etc), microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, oven, hob, washing machine, cooking knives, as well as plates, cutlery and cups. The living area has 2 large sofas, a dining table for 4 and a TV with Freeview TV, Xbox360 and games. The bedrooms and living areas are carpeted. For this reason, we ask that shoes and muddy items be kept in the tiled area of the hallway. Guest access Guests have full and sole access to the flat at any time during their stay. Other things to note No smoking or vaping, no pets, no parties (maximum of 4 people using the flat at any one time). Travel cot available upon request. We will only communicate with prospective guests via AirBnB's messaging system.
