The apartment consists of a sleeping area (28 m²) with a large double bed (continuous mattress 1.8 m wide), a large pull-out sofa bed with table, a spacious kitchen room (17 m²) with complete fitted kitchen incl. Toaster, kettle, coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, dishes and cleaning utensils, as well as a living/dining area, a new bathroom (6 m²) with shower and toilet, and a large, covered balcony (10 m²).
