This is an upstairs apartment with its own on street access. *****There are 21 steps to get to the top of the stairs to access the apartment. There is a little courtyard for your use ( spring & summer use)with seating and a gazebo. Monroe is 20 minutes away from the Eugene airport, 25 minutes from downtown Eugene, 20 minutes from downtown Corvallis and 1 hour 15 minutes from the Oregon coast.
