3 bedrooms upstairs of a house, quiet, in a village north of Strasbourg. Bathroom, kitchenette with combination microwave oven, refrigerator, sink, coffee machine, smart TV in each bedroom. A total of 6 90x190 beds and a click-clack, an extension table. NOTE: IN THE BASEMENT, there is an equipped kitchen (gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge) and a dining area. Tart flambée oven, BBQ. The space Service: sheets, linens, hair dryer. High chair and baby bed available upon request. I offer to wash your laundry for bookings of more than 5 days. Please note: the living area is in bedroom 1; it is not a separate room. 3 bedrooms (individual cylinder locks), kitchenette, and a shower room. Out of respect for my guests, I do not have multiple rentals at the same time: you will not come across strangers during your stay. The rental area and the private area are separated by a fire door; you will clearly be at home and have the place to yourself. Free parking, possibility to store bikes in the closed garage. The outdoor space, composed of a paved courtyard and a lawn, invites you to relax or eat outside. Guest access I will be delighted to welcome you personally. On the other hand, self check-in is quite possible since there is a lock box at the entrance, which I will be sure to garnish in case of absence on my part. No matter how, I'm just a phone call away. Regarding parking, please park in the yard. The parking lot across the street is private. And parking along the fence bothers the neighbor to get out of their property. Other things to note Breakfast made with local products provided on request, charged at €10 per person. To avoid waste, the choice (savory, sweet, etc.) must be specified when booking, but this won't stop you from enjoying a gourmet experience! If you have any specific dietary restrictions, please let me know so that I can adapt to them as best as possible. Sightseeing tours can be arranged upon request. Our beautiful Alsace offers lovely discoveries, whether it's the Wine Route, Strasbourg, Colmar or other gems...
