Shared house. NB Have to walk up stairs to get to bathroom. King size mattress and real indoor fireplace (please don't use it before notifying host). Lock on room door. Free on-street parking in residential area. Less than 3 miles to Durham University. A 12 minute drive to Durham Cathedral, or approx 30 minutes public transport, bus stops within walking distance. 30 mins drive (18 miles) to MetroCentre, and Newcastle city centre. Approx 1 hour via public transport weekdays, 1.5h weekends. The space **IMPORTANT: Every effort will be made to ensure the shared spaces are clean and tidy, with a paid cleaner after every stay, however it cannot be guaranteed because this is a shared house with other residents, so while your room will be clean the bathroom and kitchen is constantly in use, so it is impossible to guarantee this will always be kept clean. You need to bring your own toiletries, towels etc. *** It is few steps down to get to property from road. Enter through porch door. Unlock internal front door. Your room is then directly to the right and you can unlock and lock it from the outside. There is another entrance if you'd like to lock yourself in, however this is adequate to ensure your possessions are secure if you have to leave the room. The kitchen is down the end of the hallway on the left. The shared bathroom is upstairs on the first left. Landlords clothes and belongings should be left in the wardrobe and in the box under the bed where they were upon arrival as this is the landlord's home rented out while away.
