This oceanfront retreat provides the perfect opportunity to truly immerse yourself in the tranquil coastal lifestyle. The 35-foot private balcony offers a prime vantage point to witness the breathtaking sunsets that paint the sky in vibrant hues of orange, pink, and purple each evening, creating a serene & picturesque ambiance. Come enjoy our home away from home! *Pool closed/rehab The space 1 bedroom/1 bathroom private oceanfront condominium. Living room has a sofa that pulls out to full bed if needed. Guest access There is a gym in the LL (lower lobby) level of condo. Take elevator down to LL, turn right off the elevator - go up the ramp down the hallway. Second door on the left is the gym. It’s open for resident use. Please clean machines after use as needed with use. There is also a library on the same level (books and puzzles available). Take elevator to LL, right off elevator, immediately right - library is on the left just past the LL bathrooms. Other things to note New pool is being built til early summer 2026. Oceanfront building - the ocean is “our pool” in the meantime :)
