Guest access To ensure a seamless and secure stay, we've implemented the Nuki Smart Lock system for keyless entry to our property. Here's how you can access and secure your space: Before Your Arrival: • Digital Access Link: Prior to your check-in, you'll receive an email containing a unique access link. This link allows you to unlock the main entrance and your assigned room without the need for physical keys or downloading additional apps. Upon Arrival: 1. Unlocking the Main Entrance: •Using the Access Link: - Ensure your smartphone's Bluetooth is enabled. - Click the access link provided in your email when you're near the main entrance. - The door will unlock automatically. • Manual Operation: - From the inside, you can lock or unlock the door by turning the Nuki Smart Lock knob by hand. 2. Unlocking Your Room Door: •Using the Access Link: - Once inside the property, use the same access link near your room door to unlock it via Bluetooth. •Manual Operation: - From the inside, lock or unlock your room by turning the Nuki Smart Lock knob manually. Important Notes: • Front Door Alignment: When locking the front door from the inside, please push the door gently to ensure proper alignment before turning the lock or pressing the button. • Main Lock Deactivation: The traditional front door lock is deactivated and marked with red tape. Kindly avoid using or tampering with this lock.
