The 40-square-meter apartment is located in a residential complex called Residence Horsello in the R5 building and is located on the 4th floor WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR, ideal for groups of friends and families along with your pets. We have up to 5 beds available and it is perfect for a getaway in the heart of nature in a quiet environment for maximum relaxation. The apartment is organized with: Living room/kitchen with open-plan parquet flooring designed to optimize small spaces, consisting of an entrance, TV, sofa bed, and a fireplace that functions as an electric heater. Kitchen with peninsula consisting of a hob (with electric plates), fridge, electric oven, microwave and coffee machine with pods, fully equipped with a complete set of dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans. Large bathroom consisting of shower, toilet, bidet, a cabinet with sink and drawers, towel rack, hairdryer, electric heater, toilet paper and a basket for storing linen. We provide a set of sheets, towels (face, bidet, and bath towel), and a shower mat upon the guest's request. Bedroom consisting of 1 double bed and 1 single bed, lampshade, accessible sockets near the bed, wardrobe with drawers and clothes hangers. (Inside the wardrobe there are extra pillows and blankets) The apartment has central heating with time bands (morning 6-9 and evening 17-22) with radiators complete with thermostatic valves to independently manage the temperature in the individual rooms. The village is surrounded by nature, surrounded by beautiful mountain landscapes and offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for those looking for an escape from the hectic life of the city, in the village there are 2 restaurants/bars 1 tobacco shop and 1 small grocery store.
