The space This lovely one bedroom condo is situated right on Market Street in Downtown Frederick. It has a full kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, and plenty of cookware to prepare a stay in meal. We supply coffee and tea and can, upon request, pre-stock the refrigerator and pantry with items of your choosing. The living room has a Roku television and a pull out couch with a twin mattress. There is a standup shower and full size washer/dryer in the bathroom. The bedroom has a Roku television, luxurious queen bed, extra pillows, and two hotel-like bath robes. Supplied in the bedroom closet are an ironing board and iron, steamer, and extra blankets and more pillows. Guest access The entire condo is yours. Guest can enjoy full access to all rooms; living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom. We ask that you do not access the utility panel in the bathroom behind the supply basket. Other things to note ADDITIONAL AVAILABLE SERVICES Fill the fridge services-let us load your fridge with your favorite items before you arrive. We use Instacart plus an additional $20 service fee. Please reach out to us before your arrival to coordinate. Early check in , late check out may be available for an additional $15 per hour and requires host approval.
