Ideal for solo travelers and couples with kids Accommodations: You’re booking for 1 room but If you’re traveling with more than 2 guests, a second room with a queen bed is available for a extra fee. Location: Quiet, end-unit townhouse, the home is: • 7 min from Spanish fork Main Street • 14 min from Provo • Near Fifth water hot springs The space • Additional shared half bathroom on the first floor • Extra toiletries on the private bathroom • Smart locks in the rooms • Apple TV 98’ in living room • Microwave and fridge access (NO cooking or baking, please) • Laundry available for stays longer than 3 days • Free driveway parking Guest access Guests are allowed to use the microwave and refrigerator only in the kitchen. You have access to your private bathroom in the second floor and a shared half bathroom in the first floor. Access to 98’ TV in living room to watch Apple TV, Pluto , YouTube, etc. NO cooking or baking please Washer and drier are allowed only upon request and in stays over 3 nights Your room will have a smart lock During your stay We travel often, so most of the time you will not share the house with anyone. Occasionally, we may be staying in the home during your visit, but we always respect our guests’ privacy.
