Villa with private pool 5mx9m, 6 bedrooms, equipped fitted kitchen, 3 bathrooms. Air conditioning, terraces and balconies, quiet in the heart of La Senia, a small dynamic Catalan town at the confluence of 3 national parks. all amenities. The sea 25 minutes away, Lake Pantano 7km away, hikes, cycling area. Maximum comfort in a privileged setting, overlooking almond trees. Tourist license. No smoking. Stay 6 nights minimum in 2025, 10 nights minimum in 2026. The space The villa was designed by a renowned architect, like a small yacht based on land. Amazing perspectives, cutting-edge design. The villa has 6 bedrooms with 2 beds each, or 12 people in the room. The cédula allows occupancy of up to 15 people, the 3 additional people will sleep either on a sofa or on a mattress or bed of 135 x 190 (with a short notice period to assemble the bed(s) positioned in the library, for example). 2 inflatable mattresses for 2 people also available. A 9-meter high canopy leads to the ground floor to an open hallway overlooking the garage, as well as the living room (with fireplace) and dining room in the South. In the North, it serves 2 bedrooms including 1 en-suite bedroom (private bathroom) and the kitchen with its two back kitchen (laundry room and pantry). The majestic staircase allows access to a second en-suite bedroom and its round bathtub bathroom to the north, as well as the reading room then to the next 3 bedrooms sharing a third bathroom in the South and East. High ceilings in the bright living room, dining room and library, whose skylights capture the heat in summer. Huge cupboards in every bedroom and back kitchen. Basin and work plans in one-piece granite, granite floors. Several terraces and balconies surround the villa to the west, south and east, bringing the "built" area to 499 m2. 5mx9m chlorine pool with corner staircase and ladder at the opposite corner, fully renovated and professionally maintained every week. Large outdoor charcoal barbecue (use prohibited from 06/01 to 09/30, the villa is equipped with a 5-burner gas barbecue). Very large garage that can accommodate up to 2 campers. Enclosed plot of 1040 m2 in the heart of the city and overlooking an almond grove and a quiet neighborhood. All amenities are within walking distance: cafes and supermarket DIA a few dozen meters away, then the Maison de Santé, the Municipal Police less than 200 meters away, the municipal swimming pool 300 meters away, all shops and services at the same distance. Minimum 6-night stay in 2026, arrivals and departures only on Saturday, Sunday or Monday for logistical reasons, thank you! Guest access If you come by plane: the nearest airports are Barcelona or Valencia. Very affordable car rental in Spain out of season. Renfe serves coastal towns, a bus service connects La Senia to Amposta and Vinaros every two hours or so. By road, the A7 and AP7 motorways pass 10 km away, exit La Senia. Well display the address on GPS, which will take you a few dozen meters from the easily recognizable villa (the street serving the villa, Calle Galera, is not recognized by Google Maps). Your host will guide you by phone if applicable. Other things to note For logistical reasons, we give priority to stays with check-in on Saturday or Sunday or Monday, and the same on Saturday or Sunday or Monday at check-out. It should be noted that on Sundays the shops close at 2:00 p.m. - except for 2 shops that we can tell you if you have not been able to anticipate your groceries. 10% discount for stays of 28 consecutive nights or more. Pay only according to your own consumption: Electricity and water are expensive and scarce in Spain, and we are committed to preserving the villa's carbon and ecological footprint. We will also ask you to pay an advance on electricity and water consumption for: - encourage people to control their consumption; - only pay according to your own consumption (and not on a flat-rate basis, for the benefit of the most expensive); - for us not to be taxed on these consumptions. - ultimately consume less and improve the villa's carbon footprint and environmental impact. Pets accepted on request if clean and well-behaved.
