Villa with private pool 5 m x 9 m, 6 bedrooms, equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms. Air conditioning, terraces and balconies, quiet in the heart of La Sénia, a small dynamic Catalan town at the confluence of 3 national parks. All amenities. The sea is 25 minutes away, Lake Pantano is 7 km away, hiking, cycling area. Maximum comfort in a privileged setting, overlooking the almond trees. Tourist license. No smoking. 7-night minimum stay except mid-June to mid-September and end of year 6-night minimum. The space The villa was designed by a renowned architect, like a small yacht based on land. Amazing perspectives, avant-garde design. The villa has 6 bedrooms with 2 beds each, or 12 people in the bedroom. The cédula allows occupancy of up to 15 people, the 3 additional people will sleep either on a sofa or on a mattress or bed of 135 x 190 (with a little advance notice to assemble the bed(s) positioned in the library for example). 2 inflatable mattresses for 2 people also available. A 9-meter-high glass roof provides access to the ground floor to an open corridor overlooking the garage, as well as the living room (with fireplace) and the dining room to the south. To the north, it serves 2 bedrooms including 1 en-suite bedroom (private bathroom) and the kitchen with its two back kitchens (laundry and pantry). The majestic staircase provides access to a second en-suite bedroom and its round bathtub bathroom to the north, as well as to the reading room and then to the next 3 bedrooms sharing a third bathroom to the south and east. High ceilings in the bright living room, dining room and library, whose skylights capture the heat in summer. Huge closets in every bedroom and back kitchens. One-piece granite basins and countertops, granite floors. Several terraces and balconies surround the villa to the west, south and east, bringing the "built" area to 499 m2. 5 m x 9 m chlorine pool with corner staircase and ladder at the opposite corner, fully renovated and maintained by a professional every week. Large outdoor charcoal barbecue (use prohibited from 06/01 to 09/30, the villa is equipped with a 5-burner gas barbecue). Very large garage that can accommodate up to 2 motorhomes. Enclosed plot of 1040 m2 in the heart of the city and overlooking an almond grove and a quiet neighborhood. All amenities are within walking distance: cafés and DIA supermarket a few dozen meters away, then the Maison de Santé, the Municipal Police within 200 meters, the municipal swimming pool 300 meters away, all shops and services within the same distance. Minimum 6-night stay in 2026, arrivals and departures only on Saturday, Sunday or Monday for logistical reasons, thank you! Guest access If you come by plane: the nearest airports are Barcelona or Valencia. Very affordable car rental in Spain out of season. RENFE serves the coastal towns, a bus service connects La Sénia to Amposta and Vinaros approximately every two hours. By road, the A7 and AP7 motorways pass about fifteen km away, exit La Sénia. Display the address on GPS, which will take you a few dozen meters from the easily recognizable villa (the street serving the villa, Calle Galera, is not recognized by Google Maps). Your host will guide you by phone if necessary. Other things to note NEW YEAR'S DAY SPECIAL RATE 2025/2026 For logistical reasons, check-in from Saturday to Monday, and check-out from Friday to Monday. Note that on Sunday the stores close at 2:00 p.m. - except for 2 stores that we can tell you about if you have not been able to anticipate your shopping. 10% discount for stays of 28 consecutive nights or more. Pets welcome upon request if clean and well-behaved Advances on consumption: Electricity and water are expensive and scarce in Spain, and we are keen to preserve the ecological footprint of the villa. We will also ask you to pay an advance on electricity and water consumption of €150 to €250/week depending on the period to: - encourage you to control your consumption; - pay only according to your own consumption (and not on a flat-rate basis, for the benefit of the most expensive); - for us not to be taxed on this consumption. - ultimately consume less and improve the villa's carbon footprint and impact on the environment. Payments are made via Airbnb (Resolution Center) for our mutual peace of mind. From these advances we will retain €0.27/Kw in summer, €0.30/Kw outside the summer season, and €5/m3 actually consumed. Any overpayment at the end of the stay is refunded within eight weeks, the remaining amount due is the same. Remaining due or refunds are also made via the Airbnb Resolution Center. Note that in Spain, almost all rentals are displayed "excluding consumption", it is upon the arrival of the tenants that the "surprise" of the billing of actual consumption is presented. For our part, we announce it from the outset. Actual daily electricity consumption upon request.
