Several hiking trails from the cottage, discovery of the typical villages of Quercy Blanc, wine tasting or even parachute jumping... Community events in neighboring towns such as one of the most beautiful villages in France Lauzerte located 15 minutes away, Montcuq 15 minutes away but also Montaigu-de-Quercy 10 minutes away and its local producers market on Saturday mornings not to be missed! The space Spread over three levels, this old barn benefits from a large, bright living room, open to the kitchen and dining area. A few steps lower, you will find a bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. On this same floor, a bedroom with a double bed opening onto the outside (access for people with reduced mobility possible, as well as through the living room.) Upstairs, a mezzanine office space overlooks the living room. It serves a second bedroom with two 90x190 beds or a 180x190 double bed depending on your needs! You can also enjoy the swimming pool and its deckchairs with a view of a plot of more than 3 hectares! The barn has been completely renovated, the bedding and furniture are new, we make a point of taking care of the place in which you will stay :) Please also take into account that another barn attached to this one is also for rent but no promiscuity possible because the entrance is independent of yours. Therefore the swimming pool can be shared with other tenants (4 people maximum). Guest access A key box is available upon your arrival. The code will be given to you the day before your arrival. Other things to note This place is non-smoking (cigarette/vaping). Animals are prohibited.
