Delightful restored house in a rural village with a focus on comfort and Minas Gerais hospitality. Only 5 minutes from the mall. Accommodates up to 4 people, with 1 suite + bathroom and 1 bedroom and a bathroom. The beds are modular: 2 single or 1 queen in both bedrooms, according to preference. The living room is cozy, and the kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and wood (original). On the balcony, we have a yard with a hammock and a shower. The house is fenced to bring your pet safely. It is possible to stay in a house or come in larger groups occupying more houses or the entire village - the total capacity of the village is 22 people. All the houses are equipped, comfortable and safe, for those seeking autonomy and coziness in the rural context. At the same time, it is close to a city that offers many possibilities for tourism and leisure for different audiences, in the heart of the South of Minas Gerais. Our surroundings are preserved Atlantic Forest, with wild animals, birds, potable mine water and an orchard with numerous fruit trees. All houses have: filtered tap water, powerful wifi, bedding, towels, blankets, kitchen utensils, electric shower, amenities and welcome kit. It does not have: washing machine, TV and Air Conditioning Guest access Each house has a front porch, a back porch. Common spaces: orchard of fruit trees, medicinal herbs and spices, a small square with a fire pit and the storeroom of all beliefs. It is not allowed to circulate around the farm outside the surroundings of the inn. Other things to note THERE IS NO PHONE SIGNAL, ONLY WIFI. The surroundings are dense forest with wild animals that circulate there and animals, mainly farm dogs that sometimes circulate around the property. - We are very close to the city, but the village is in the countryside, with a dirt road to get there. - Anything is possible - it's a place where we are very careful, but we don't have total control, and this is a great lesson in living in nature. - We are careful so that animals that have not been invited do not enter the houses, but know that it is nature, there are animals. - July is the most sought-after season in the region for winter tourism, and it rains a lot in the summer. - The property only receives guests, we do not allow external guests to visit.
