Other things to note Pre-Check-In Information Requirement: Under the Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972, we are legally obligated as an accommodation provider to collect identity information for our guests. Therefore, after your booking is confirmed, we will require the lead guest named on the booking to provide their full home address, contact details and email address. Legal and Security Basis: Your home address is collected to comply with the Order mentioned above, for guest verification, and a requirement for our insurances for the cottage.
