The first floor features a Japanese-style room accommodating three futons, while the second floor comprises two bedrooms each equipped with six beds. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed, accommodating up to eleven guests. The fully equipped kitchen enables guests to indulge in simple culinary delights. Additionally, a washing machine and clothes dryer are provided, ensuring the comfort and convenience of long-term guests. Guest access You are welcome to enter the entire premises. However, a portion of the closet is utilized for staff’s tools and storage purposes. Kindly refrain from touching this area. Other things to note 【Important Notice: Gifu City Accommodation Tax】Starting April 1, 2026, a "lodging tax" will be introduced for all guests staying in Gifu City. This tax is separate from your Airbnb accommodation fee and must be paid via in-site payment at the time of booking. • Tax amount: 200 yen per person, per night • Exemption: Children 12 years old and under (up to elementary school age) are free. Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the facility, including the balcony. Smoking in front of the entrance and around the house is strictly prohibited. Guest Accommodation: The guest rooms are exclusively reserved for registered guests. Accommodating guests without reservations or using the rooms for business purposes (exhibitions, offices, etc.) is strictly prohibited. Quiet Hours: Please refrain from making excessive noise, especially from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., to ensure the comfort of neighboring guests. Removal of Interior Decorations: Please refrain from removing any interior decorations or equipment (toilet paper, etc.) installed or provided by the facility. Additional or replacements will not be possible. If the towels become soiled, please wash them yourself. Power Off: Turn off the power to air conditioners, televisions, lights, and other electrical appliances before exiting the facility. Additionally, lock the doors and windows before leaving. Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., and check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Please strictly adhere to these timeframes. Prohibited Items and Actions * Animals, birds, and other pets other than assistance dogs for the physically disabled * Explosives, volatile oils, and other flammable or combustible items * Items emitting a foul odor * Items prohibited by law * Advertising, distribution of promotional materials, sale of goods, solicitation, etc., without facility permission * Photographing, videotaping, etc., for business purposes without facility permission * Smoking in designated smoking areas within the facility or in the surrounding area * Cases involving public order and morals, such as anti-social forces Consequences of Violations * If an individual is found to be a member of a criminal organization, group, or affiliated with a criminal organization, we will immediately refuse use and request their departure. * If an individual engages in violence, intimidation, blackmail, intimidating unjust demands, or similar behavior, we will immediately refuse use. * If an individual has previously been notified by the facility that they will not be allowed to use the facility, we will immediately refuse use. * If an individual engages in gambling or other behavior that disrupts public morals or is a nuisance to neighbors, we will immediately refuse use. * If an individual is unable to ensure their own safety due to mental impairment, loss of self-esteem due to drugs or alcohol, or is at risk of causing danger, fear, or anxiety to neighbors, we will immediately refuse use. * If an individual engages in loud voices, singing, or noisy behavior within the facility or in the vicinity, causing disgust or inconvenience to others, we will immediately refuse use. * If an individual engages in behavior similar to any of the above, we will immediately refuse use.
