The River House

Welcome to the River House! Relax at this peaceful oasis in Featherville, Idaho. Enjoy unobstructed views of the South Fork of the Boise River, and the Trinity Mountains. The River House offers complete privacy, making it perfect for your next getaway. This spacious retreat features four cozy bedrooms and three modern bathrooms, comfortably accommodating families or groups. Bring your ATVs, snowmobiles, snow shoes, bikes, fishing poles, and golf clubs! (No camp trailers or RVs are allowed) The space Enjoy your time on the large deck offering a breathtaking experience, overlooking a serene river and unobstructed views of the sparkling water and majestic mountains in the distance. The deck is spacious enough for outdoor dining, lounging, and social gatherings, furnished with comfortable seating, a wooden dining table, and cozy lighting for evenings. Whether you're enjoying morning coffee or watching the sunset behind the mountains, this deck serves as a tranquil retreat, inviting you to unwind in the peaceful ambiance of nature. The second floor is designed for entertainment and relaxation. The open-concept layout features a spacious seating area with a large, flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Just steps away, you'll find a sleek wet bar with a sink and ample counter space for mixing drinks or serving refreshments. At the end of the room is a high-quality poker table, ideal for friendly card games or a full poker night with friends. Comfortable chairs surround the table, and the room's soft lighting creates a warm, inviting atmosphere. Whether you're here to relax, watch TV, or enjoy some games, this floor offers a perfect space to unwind and have fun. Up to (3) Pets are welcome for a small fee per pet! Guest access You will have full access to the property including the river front by the back porch. There is a large parking lot in front of the house for utility trailers. This is a private property. No camp trailers or RVs are allowed on the property. Other things to note The River House is located between Pine and Featherville. It is a property owned by Elk Valley Resort Golf Course and RV Park. This is a private property that is secluded from the resort and located on a private road and entrance. You will enter on Gentry Ln. There is a private road the GPS will take you through. You can enjoy the views of the golf course, river, and mountains on your way to the house. There is no cell service in Featherville, but we will send you written directions in case your GPS isn't loading. We recommend bringing up all your food and drinks for the weekend, as there is no grocery store in the town. There is a convenience store nearby in Pine. Please note that RVs, camp trailers, and tent camping is prohibited. You may bring your utility trailers, but no camp trailers or RVs. You may ride your ATVs, motorcycles, and snowmobiles on the roads to and from the property to get to the trails. But please mind your speed and do not joyride them on the property or around the river. One additional piece of information we wanted to share about the property is that this area has a lot of minerals in the water. This water is safe to use; however, we recommend using the filtered water from the fridge for drinking and cooking.
