Enjoy the comforts of a modern, fully equipped house with garden and pool. Ground floor apartment (for up to 3 people): This modern apartment on the ground floor consists of a spacious, open room and impresses with high-quality furnishings with underfloor heating and large window areas that are equipped with external blinds. The direct access to the terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and patio heater invites you to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, oven and stove as well as salt, pepper and other basic utensils. The dining area includes a counter with bar stools and a dining table with chairs. The sleeping area offers a comfortable bed (160 x 200 cm) and a smart TV with Amazon Prime. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. Upstairs apartment (for up to 4 people): The spacious bathroom upstairs has a rainfall shower. The open living area is equipped with a smart TV, a pull-out couch and a double bed (160x200 cm). The kitchen is also fully equipped and additionally includes a microwave. Here, too, you will find external blinds on the windows. Free Wi-Fi is provided in both apartments. Further amenities: Your car can be parked for free on the traffic-calmed street right in front of the house. Upon request and availability, you can also use a parking space in the courtyard or in the garage. A laundry room in the building is available for a small fee. Guest access From May/June to approx. September/October, depending on the weather, you are welcome to use our heated community pool in the garden. The fee for this is 30.00 euros per stay. In addition, our sauna in the basement is at your disposal for a fee of 30.00 euros.
