Other things to note The apartment has one private off road space. It will fit a standard car. If you have a large vehicle or multiple vehicles, we can organise parking passes for the road (one car included, additional cars are charged). There are 30 stairs up to the apartment. Sea Defence work From Speakers corner to South Parade Pier work will be underway to build the much needed sea defences from March 2026 to May 2027. This will mean some disruption to the area and the apartment will overlook the works.
