Description
In the heart of Normandy Switzerland, a 15-minute walk from the guinguettes and pedal boats, my house is a paradise for passerines that express themselves particularly cheerfully around this characterful stone house. Independent, located on 1000 m2 of land, this "nest" enjoys a green and soothing setting Leisure activities: kayaking, climbing, hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, horseback riding, pedal boats, golf, tree climbing, summer tobogganing, museums... Supermarkets: 10 km gas station/garage: 200 m The space The house is located on 1000 m2 of land with lawn, trees, garden furniture and barbecue... it is a detached house. There is enough room to park two or even three vehicles. Sleeps 5 people (2 queen beds + 1 small bed + a baby bed available). Access to the bathroom is through the ground floor bedroom, but the first floor bedroom is equipped with a sink and a Montauban armchair suitable for nighttime amenities. I would like to point out that in accordance with the concept of the Airbnb platform, it is my small, subjectively arranged nest that I make available to guests and certainly not a luxury hotel residence. The place is bucolic and the old country house make it the ideal place for nature lovers and tourism but will not suit if you are looking for accommodation at the forefront of functional or luxurious. The amenities are simple and basic, the activities of the Clécy site are close and their access is quick whether with or without a vehicle (15 to 20 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by car). Other things to note I do not have a washing machine or dryer in the living area due to renovation, but I can grant you access to the laundry room on a one-off request. Crib can be made available.
