Perfect for 1–4 people, especially craftsmen or travelers passing through who need a safe place to stay. The apartment is located in quiet, scenic surroundings on our own fenced property. The entire area is secured with a locked gate, video surveillance, and monitored smoke alarms. There is plenty of parking space, including for large vans and trucks. EV charging is available on site at 1.90 zł/kWh, easily settled upon departure. The space The apartment is well-maintained and functionally furnished to ensure a comfortable stay. It features a compact kitchen with microwave oven, hob, air fryer and all necessary tableware. The bathroom is modern with shower, toilet and towel dryer. The living room serves as both lounge and bedroom, with a sofa bed, large TV with 182 channels and a desk. In addition, there are two foldable beds, providing comfortable accommodation for 1–4 people. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and the fenced property. Private parking is available right at the door, with plenty of space for cars, vans, and trucks. The whole area is monitored by cameras and equipped with smoke alarms for maximum safety. The EV charger can be used freely – consumption is recorded and easily settled upon departure (1.90 zł/kWh). Other things to note The property is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to main roads, making it ideal for overnight stays during work in the area or when passing through. Normally, special permission is required for parking large trucks – we take care of this, so you can park safely around the clock without any problems. We live on the property ourselves, so you can always feel secure, and we are available for any questions or needs during your stay.
