It is located in one of the best residential areas of Puerto Montt, safe and quiet, 10 minutes from downtown. Inside the condominium there is a free-use exercise room, and within walking distance is the tourist lagoon where you can go for a walk and relax with nature. The apartment is on the first floor. Parking is free inside the condominium and has 24-hour concierge. The space The apartment has a kitchen with everything you need (oven, gas burners, refrigerator, dishes, cutlery, pots, etc.). 2 TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living and dining room. The master bedroom features a double bed, and another bedroom has a single bed, both beds with electric blankets. In the case of a 4th guest, the futon can be folded down to become an extra bed for a fourth guest. For stays longer than 2 days, complimentary coffee capsules for your first breakfast.
