The location is ideal for enjoying the countryside and the sea, 30 min from Ajaccio and 20 min from the beaches and the airport. You will also find yourself 20 minutes by car from the Vizzavona pass, where the beautiful forest of central Corsica is located and the starting point of many hiking trails. The house is at the top of the village, surrounded by a beautiful chestnut grove and quiet. The space The house consists of the following: A 35 m² living room/kitchen, with fully equipped kitchen; An office open to the living room, equipped with a 24-inch screen; Two double bedrooms (bed 140 x 190) with large fitted closets; A bathroom with shower, single sink and toilet. The workspace in the office will allow those who wish to combine relaxation and professional activity. NB: There is no television Outside, you will enjoy a large 50 m² wooden terrace, equipped with electric awnings over its entire surface, with unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains. It is equipped for moments of conviviality, with a large table for meals, a breakfast, aperitif or reading area, with a small coffee table and comfortable seats. The exhibition offers beautiful brightness throughout the day. Guest access The GPS point will be communicated to you, and we can guide you by phone if necessary. You can park your vehicles at the foot of the house. Check-in and check-out times: Check-in: from 5 p.m. Check-out: no later than 11 a.m. The house is offered for rent from a minimum of 3 nights, with no restriction on arrival or departure days. Other things to note Linens and towels are provided at no extra cost. On request, we can also provide you with a travel cot, stroller and bed barriers at no extra cost. House Rules: No smoking inside the house; the terrace is at your disposal for this purpose. Parties are forbidden, in order to preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. The property must be returned in a good state of cleanliness. Please empty the garbage cans regularly (bins with selective sorting nearby) and ensure routine maintenance during your stay.
