We decided to travel for a few weeks and offer our home to you. The house was renovated in 2023, has 175m2 of living space and 780m2 of fenced land. Parking is available on the property for 2 cars or next to the house there are parking spaces. Two large children's rooms for children 0-15 years old. The wine shop is at your disposal, you can buy wines from local winemakers and from IT The garden is before reconstruction, but we have a swimming pool, summer seating, grill, playground for children, fruit trees, vegetable beds, everything for consumption. The space 🏡At the entrance to the house you will find an entrance room with a dressing room, where in addition to shoes and jackets you can also store bicycles (we ask for clean tires). Since we do not have a garage yet, it is possible to leave the bikes either in the garden on the property or in the dressing room. Through the spacious hallway you enter the sunny 🏠LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM AND KITCHENETTE. Both the dining room and the living room have direct access to the garden. (Slippers will be prepared for you). The spacious sofa set can be positioned both as a headrest and a backrest for a short and long seat. The sofa can also be unfolded. TV has Netflix, Disney, HBO etc. In the TECHNICAL ROOM on the ground floor there is a washing machine with a dryer, everything for drying and ironing laundry, a vacuum cleaner, a mop, all drugstore and cleaning products, a fire extinguisher. 🛀BARRIER-FREE BATHROOM No. 1 is on the ground floor and is equipped with all cosmetics and a first aid kit. Spacious shower, toilet, bidet, sink. Please do not use the glass door to the garden as an entrance! Just for ventilation. If you need a toilet or shower grab bar for the disabled, please do not hesitate to contact us. We also have a wheelchair available🧑🏼‍🦽 🛏️BEDROOM No. 4 (children's room for the youngest on the ground floor), where there is a bed 80x200, plus a pull-out bed 80x200, both beds with memory foam mattresses. Changing table, lots of toys, books, climbing frames, slide, etc. Possibility of a baby travel cot with a coconut mattress. 🍾🍷The WINE BAR is also on the ground floor. You will have a choice of local and Italian wines. We go to Italian wineries for red wine and we own a wine cellar in Mutěnice. The wine in the wine bar is from various winemakers in the area. If you want to taste it, you will find information and a price list in the menu. Then you leave the money in the piggy bank😊 On the first floor there are three bedrooms and bathroom no. 2. 🛏️BEDROOM No. 1 has a higher double bed 200x200 with memory foam mattresses, a cot and a private dressing room. 🛏️BEDROOM No. 2 has a 160x200 bed also with memory foam mattresses and 2 80x200 beds, which can be placed separately or placed on top of each other can be like a sofa, see photo. Private dressing room and TV. 🛏️BEDROOM No. 3 (children's room for older children) has a swing, lego, lots of toys, TV, books in five languages (CZ, AJ, IT, DK), a long table, a dressing room, etc. The fold-out house bed has a full size of 160x200 with memory foam mattresses and the sofa of the Danish brand Karup can be divided into a bed of 140x200 with a memory foam mattress. 🛀BATHROOM No. 2 has both a shower and a bathtub for 2-3 people, a toilet, a bidet shower and two stone sinks. All cosmetics available. 🌳🌿☘️🌴THE GARDEN is before reconstruction…. But we hope it will still bring you pleasure on sunny days☀️ 2 cars can be parked in the garden at the entrance. From the kitchen and living room you will see a swimming pool 5x 3 m height approx. 110cm. Lots of inflatable toys, sunbeds, games, etc. 4 sun loungers, teak Indian sofa under the roof, 2 parasols, 2 large rattan sofas with shade (total for 8 people), Weber grill, children's sandpit with white sand, wooden horse, climbing frames, slide, children's seating. You won't even notice her☺️ Collect ripe vegetables and fruits, and use herbs for cooking and grilling🥘 🛑We have a good black cat, her name is 🐈‍⬛Helloween🐈‍⬛, she likes people and children. Unfortunately, the cat can't travel Europe with us, so we leave it to you😍 She's still out during the summer, just coming home to drink and sleep in the cool. She will sit by the glass door in the kitchen or living room. She only does her business outside-) As for the cat's diet, you will have it in the manual at home. 🛑The hot water boiler is 250l. If it runs out, it will take 4-5 hours for the water to heat up again….. so please save hot water and do not shower all 5-12 people at once😊, but divide it in time. The sofa can be folded out and there is also an adjustable back part for a short and long seat and an adjustable part behind the head. The kitchen is more than fully equipped…spices, groceries, coffee, tea…just like at home. The TECHNICAL ROOM in the hallway is equipped with washing machine with dryer, vacuum cleaner, mop, everything you need to dry and iron your laundry, fire extinguisher and all cleaning…detergents are available to you. 🛀BARRIER-FREE BATHROOM No. 1 on the ground floor has a large spacious shower, toilet, bidet, sink. Fully equipped with cosmetics, hairdryer and first aid kit. The glass doors are for ventilation only, please do not go out through them. If you need an auxiliary support for the toilet and shower for the disabled, do not hesitate to contact us. There is a cork puzzle on the floor, which makes the game pleasant and safe for children. There is the possibility of adding a travel cot with a coconut mattress on request. You can taste wines from local winemakers, but also from Italy, where we go to the winery for a unique red wine from the Lago di Garda area.
