Relax and unwind in this cosy room, whether it's for a short or long stay, if it's for leisure or work purposes, with great Scenery to be seen on our Coarse Fishery with sunset lake being your view as you walk out the door. we are sure this will be a nice little place to stay and relax. The space your accommodation is situated just outside the village of Shearsby at Shearsby valley lakes. It has an open plan bedroom with Living area with a kitchenette that has a Microwave, electric hob, Toaster, Kettle, Dishwasher, fridge, oven and general cooking equipment and Tableware. There is a bathroom with a Shower and Toilet, Sink and Towel rail. Bed linen and towels are provided; you will be able to enjoy some entertainment on the flat-screen smart TV with Free WIFI. the property provides free private parking. The Property is non-smoking/Drug free, Also pets are not allowed to stay in the accommodation. The Property is self check-in from 2pm-7pm and check-out at 10am Guest access you will be able to access the whole site while you stay at the Fishery and you are welcome to use all or facilities subject to availability and opening times. we have a fishing shop for those would like to do some fishing while they stay, the shop is open 8am-5pm Tuesday- Saturday and 8am-10am on a Sundays. you will be welcome to walk around the lakes, but please ask at the shop to check with a member of staff as we have competitions on some days and there's restricted access while these are in progress. you will be more than welcome to enter and leave the site as you please, the fishery is closed 8pm until 7.30am but when gates are closed you will still be able to get in and out as you want. Mondays the fishery is completely closed (Bank Holidays we are open) so some of the facilities will not be open but you will be fine entering and leaving the venue as you please. Other things to note There are 4 Fishing Lakes on the property which you are welcome to fish subject to availability. These lakes contain various sizes and species of fish. Advice on fishing availability etc can be found at the Tackle shop. The Tackle Shop is located in the main Car park and has everything for your fishing needs from Rods and reels, terminal tackle and Bait. If fishing isn’t your thing, there also a lot of other things to do in the area with access to the motorway (M1 Junction 20) only being a 10 minute drive, Tank driving/paint balling, Go karting, Golf, nice scenic walks in the countryside, local parks and reservoirs there is also places of historical interest in and around Leicestershire to visit.
