Large separate kitchen, large living room, 3 bathrooms and terrace overlooking one of the most picturesque areas of Milan. A stone's throw from the Columns of San Lorenzo, a 5-minute walk from the Tortona District, the heart of the Fuorisalone. A 5-minute walk from the Porta Genova metro stop (4 stops from the Brera District). A 10-minute walk from the Cinque Vie. Possibility of adding a reserved parking space (with an additional cost). In addition to towels, you will find a Welcome Kit with shampoo and shower gel, sheets, duvet and everything you need to make your stay perfect. The apartment is cleaned before and after your arrival. Cleaning fees are included in the total rent, and you can arrange a few hours of daily cleaning in the morning during your stay (fees always included). Located on the first floor (no elevator), very bright. The Navigli area in which it is located is lively and full of bars, restaurants and clubs. Other things to note It's important to behave politely so as not to disturb the neighbors. It is not allowed to organize parties, host pets, or allow access to other people besides the guests indicated in the booking in the apartment, even if they do not stay overnight. Smoking is not allowed in the house. We ask you to leave the apartment as you found it. Handle every item on the property with care. After check-out, you will be charged a replacement fee to cover the price of any damaged or stolen items.
