The space There is a large living room with kitchen, bar, dining room and lounge area in front of the bay window to observe the birds and the spring settle in. There is also a separate toilet. You will pass to the garden via a wide walkway, over the inner courtyard. A large terrace with outdoor kitchen will allow you to spend time in the sun, at the table or in a sun lounger... Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The large bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed has a window and a skylight. A semi-open cabinet to put your belongings. Guest access There is a parking space for the apartment. You will receive the relevant information when booking. Other things to note We've lived in this house for over 20 years. Our neighbors who occupy the other part of the house are very friendly. You'll see them in the courtyard and sometimes in the garden. There are no children or dogs in the house, it's quiet. We have a large 8-seater jacuzzi built into the garden. There is also a bar and plancha area for aperitifs. The remarks on my profile concern a house in Lausanne that I rented several years ago.
