Relax with the whole family in a peaceful home in the middle of Öland. A cozy year-round villa with all the comforts in a quiet environment. An adjacent guest house is available. Only 15 minutes from Borgholm and 20 minutes to Färjestaden. A generous garden but room for both play & exercise. Barbecue area in the shade and a large terrace for sun and food. Indoors there is a washing machine, dishwasher, fully-equipped kitchen and AC. Good parking space in the yard. Electric car charging is available for an extra fee. The space There are two bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. In the guest house, there is a bed with a pull-out bed and a 105 cm wide bed as well as a foldable extra bed. You can comfortably accommodate 6 people in 4 rooms. Other things to note Good to know about the accommodation: No bed linens are provided, only quilts and pillows. Bring your own. The beds in the house have double mattresses. Bring regular bottom sheets, no fitted sheets.
