Villa on Söder near sports hall and lake

Entire villa in Söder in Katrineholm with proximity to nature, swimming and sports center. The space Villa in the south of Katrineholm, you have access to the whole house except 2 storage rooms and an office that is a locked room. On the entrance floor there is a hall, small toilet, large living room, bedroom 1, kitchen and a laundry room with shower. In the living room, there is a large table with room for 8 people, a fireplace, as well as a sofa and TV. In front of the fireplace, there is a large floor area where you can also put, for example, an air mattress (nothing we provide but approve if you want to be more than 7 people). Bedroom 1 has a double bed 180 cm, there is no door to close in to this bedroom. Kitchen with dining area for 4 people, there is an extra table so it can be made for 6 people. Fully-equipped kitchen. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms, a living room and bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a 120 cm bed. Bedroom 3: a 105-cm bed. Living room with a TV and sofa, the sofa can be made into a 140 cm bed. Bathroom with shower. Property with a wooden deck on the front and back. Trampoline on site. On the common just outside the property are swings and a sandbox. Parking is NOT available on the property but there is a public parking lot opposite the garage along the area and there are always places along the road. There are a few steps to get into the property so it is NOT handicap adapted, but works with, for example, a stroller. Kolmården zoo is 5.5 miles away. There are nice walking distances right outside the door, with pictures of the area around. Djulöbadet is a 1 km walk. Duveholmsbadet is 1.8 km away. Duveholmshallen, sports center 750 meters walk away. Pets are allowed, NO cats due to allergies. Guest access The whole house except 2 storage rooms and an office. The whole property, charcoal grill available. Other things to note Towels and bed linens are included for 6 people. We have set it for 6 people as that is the number of fixed beds we have. However, we allow up to 10 people, but then you must bring bed linens and towels for the others as well as an air mattress or similar for more beds. There are 2 free shelves in the fridge to use as well as a compartment in the freezer. There are some shelves/baskets available in the closet that you can use.
