Built in 1998 and completed in early 1999, it became one of the first houses on Kakala Road. The vintage sideboard, nearly 50 years old, has traveled through different homes before finding its place here. The mango tree in the yard, planted as a seedling from a previous residence on Kennedy Avenue, has grown alongside the years of life lived within these walls. The roots in Nadi run deep, shaped by a family history tied to both Vatukoula and Kadavu.
